Alan Litwack is an experienced lawyer in corporate/commercial matters
with partiular focus on securities and mergers and acquisitions. Mr.
Litwack is senior member of Minden Gross LLP and is a member of the
firm's Executive Committee. Alan's Industry sector experience includes
high tech, telecommunications, retail, environmental, manufacturing,
real estate, business services and professional service firms.
Alan acts generally as counsel for public and private corporations.
Additionally, Alan has been a lecturer in Securities Law and an
instructor in Tax Law at the Bar Admission Course, Law Society of

Henry Eisenson

Henry Eisenson was once the youngest lieutenant colonel in the Marines, and during his military career flew more than 500 combat missions earning the Silver Star, two awards of the Distinguished Flying Cross, and degrees in philosophy and aeronautical engineering. After retiring from the Marines, he co-founded SCITEQ Electronics, a third of which was acquired by Raytheon, and led the company for its first six years as it developed communication technologies for the MILSTAR program and radar cross-section measurement technologies for the stealth program. When SCITEQ was sold after the Cold War, he formed INTROTECH, a consulting company that assists startups with business planning, initial funding, organization, patents, and strategic relationships. Author of several books and published papers in electronics, he holds two U.S. technology patents and has seven more pending.
He lives in San Diego with his wife of 35 years, and continues to operate Introtech to the benefit of San Diego's vast community of technology entrepreneurs and investors.
